Iffat Imteaz recently joined the Institute of Health and Nursing Australia as a Nurse Educator in October 2022. She has extensive expertise in nursing, ageing support, and the home and community sector, along with a thorough understanding of the Victorian Aged Care System. Iffat holds a diploma in Cert III and IV in Aged Care and Cert IV in Disability, along with an MBBS degree from the University of Karachi in Pakistan. With more than 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Iffat brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a nurse educator. She has received employer awards from the Australasian Lawrence Aged Care College and Viva Care in Essendon. Currently, Iffat is involved in the development of the HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing program at IHNA. As a highly skilled educator, Iffat is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with students to prepare them for successful careers in healthcare. Her strong background in nursing and aged care, along with her recognition for outstanding work in the field, make her a valuable asset to IHNA and its students.
