Mercy is a highly experienced registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in various medical fields. Her expertise includes medical ICU (Intensive Care Unit), surgical wards, and ortho geriatric rehabilitation unit. She completed her studies in India and moved to Ireland and then Australia where she has been registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulating Agency) for 15 years. She currently holds the position of a clinical nurse in the subacute medical and geriatric rehabilitation unit at Fremantle hospital and health services.
Apart from her clinical work, Mercy has also developed her skills as a clinical educator, clinical facilitator, and preceptor for students and graduate nurses since 2010. Her qualifications include a graduate certificate in gerontology and rehabilitation, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same field at the University of Wollongong in Sydney.
Mercy’s interpersonal and analytical abilities, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and self-confidence are some of the key attributes that have helped her excel in her profession. She is a dedicated and passionate nurse who believes that her skills and personal attributes make her well-suited for nursing.
Overall, Mercy’s extensive experience, education, and personal attributes make her an invaluable member of the healthcare profession, and she is well-equipped to handle the challenges and demands of her role as a clinical nurse.
