If you have not completed the Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care course, you have the option to do this course as a clubbing course (Cert III in ECEC progressing to Diploma in ECEC; credit transfer is applicable)
IHNA considers you a "domestic" student if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen, or the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa, and those who are in Australia with a minimum 1-year visa, which covers the Diploma in Early childhood education and care course without any study limitation on visa (Except subclass 500 holders).
