The CHC43015 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support is designed for support workers who provide care, and complete specialized tasks and functions in aged services. The care given must be maintained at high levels of responsibility, and you must demonstrate leadership capabilities. You will also be required to provide the delivery of personalized services through the development, facilitation and review of individualized service planning and delivery.

Entry Requirements
- 18 years of age and above at the time of commencement of the course.
- Successful completion of an Australian Year 11 qualification or equivalent possess basic computer skills.
- Applicants will have to demonstrate their competence in literacy and numeracy levels in an Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) at Exit Level 3 and participate in a pre-training review (PTR) when enrolling into the course.
- Mature age students (22+) will also be considered without the minimum education requirements. Each case will be reviewed individually to ascertain the capacity of the student to meet course requirements.
Additional Requirement for professional experience placement (PEP):
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance / Australian Federal Police Clearance Certificate (AFP) / NCC.
- Applicable immunisation certification such as COVID-19 Certificate.
Credit Transfer
Credit Transfer is only available for Australian qualifications when a student has completed the units considered necessary for a qualification at another Registered Training Organization.
