Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) imparts the skills and knowledge necessary to undertake case management in the Community Services Industry. You will utilise your knowledge and skills to foster relationships with clients, coordinate services with them. You will also establish network with other services and agencies, support your team in ethical conduct and work health and safety.
